THE OPPORTUNITY:
Laminex is seeking an Issue Resolution Specialist to join our Customer Service team based in Penrose, Auckland, working M-F 8.30am-5pm, office-based, with the potential to work one day from home following the training period. This role is key in managing complex issues across our Customer Service functions, handling returned stock resolutions, and working closely with our carriers, suppliers and customers, as well as fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams. The successful candidate will lead the coordination of process adherence within our team, ensuring efficient and timely responses to queries, investigating the cause of credit requests, processing returns and the resolution of complex issues.
