What you will do

tesa is a leading adhesive tape company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled IT Architect to join our dynamic team and drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge IT infrastructure.

• Design and implement IT architecture solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture blueprints and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient IT solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all architectural designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to IT architecture.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and network architecture.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and secure systems.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and tools (e.g. LeanIX).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
