- ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks

- Fluent English and German language skills oral and written
- programming skills in SAP Fiori or other programming languages are a big plus
- willingness to travel and work weekends is essential
- 5+ years of professional experience in the IT and network environment
- 3+ years of professional experience in event support/event management
- 3+ years of experience as a project manager
Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will:
- work with our SAP marketing teams and plan and provide technical support for small to large SAP meetings and events.
- install and operate IT infrastructure for events (notebooks, servers, mobile devices, tools, and meeting technology)
- act as IT project manager or support the IT project manager for the respective events
- produce and support MS Teams live events and host Zoom meetings/Zoom webinars for internal and external audiences of all sizes
- reflect on your work and assist your team in continuously improving our services
- ideally program and further develop internal tools for planning and managing events and event equipment or IT services.
