Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS OF THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced IT Expert specializing in SAP Purchasing Request (PR) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP procurement modules and be adept at managing the technical and functional aspects of PR systems to support organizational purchasing needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute and monitor SAP system implementation, update or improvement projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, costs and quality;
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including SAP consultants, Key Users and IT Experts, ensuring effective collaboration between team members;
  • Manage project resources, including budget, personnel and infrastructure required to execute the project;
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to the project, developing contingency plans when necessary;
  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed about the project’s progress and key milestones achieved;
  • Provide guidance and technical support to the team, helping to resolve issues and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions;
  • Prepare the business blueprint, a document that describes the company’s business processes and how they will be supported by SAP;
  • Plan and execute cutover activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP system;
  • Coordinate the hypercare period, providing additional support to end users after implementing the SAP system.
