The IT Manufacturing Business Analyst Automotive is responsible for ensuring all application support in the manufacturing and business processes as well as handling the efficient support of the ERP/MES (SAP/Plex) integration.
Liaise in this role closely with others Business Analysts (Plex or SAP) and corporate IT to enable business processes standardization and efficiency. He / She plays an important role for the further development of our MES system
for German Automotive Structures facilities in Gottmadingen and Dahenfeld.

• Strongly contribute to the MES implementation, defining system architecture and process flows
• Capturing the business demand and ensure efficient use of our MES and SAP
• Proactively identify opportunities for increased operational and business efficiencies and work with key users to action them
• Perform process analysis and document business requirements for changes
• Propose, design, and implement IT solutions with a focus on Manufacturing, Inventory and Logistics within Plex/SAP and EDI
• Manage daily application support needs, change requests and incidents
• Support of strategic projects, balancing local business demands and corporate strategy
• Act as a project leader to coordinate projects with all stakeholders and ensure successful projects rollout
• Assist business with Plex/SAP training and provide business process support
• Execution and planning of employee training
