WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking an IT Solutions Consultant with:

  • A minimum of 5 years industry/manufacturer experience including product related qualifications for installations and ongoing support technology solutions.
  • Previous experience working in a Pre-Sales/Solution Design Consultant role is essential
  • Any experience working on large tender opportunities with a bid management team is advantageous
  • Microsoft certified in M365 and Azure ecosystem
  • Microsoft certified with experience of Windows Server and PC
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with Acronis, Microsoft Defender, Mimecast and N-able
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing solutions (Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with CyberSecurity Technologies (EDR and XDR etc) is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a simplistic manner to end users, departmental heads and c-level directors

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients to understand and capture their requirements and create a plan for appropriate methods and timescales for the required work
  • Validating client designs to ensure they meet the needs of the business
  • Build a strong working relationship with the sales team, ensuring they understand the client’s requirements to create a relevant solution and service offering
  • Capture and document business and technical requirements for client and validate the design principle
