TECHNICAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An undergraduate qualification in Data Analytics, Data Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant discipline
  • Experience working with large, cross-functional datasets
  • 2-4 years’ post-graduate work experience
  • Knowledge of database design and governance
  • Extensive experience with MS PowerBI
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

GOA International are currently recruiting for a Data Engineer to support the IT Solutions team. The purpose of this role is to serve as GOAL HQ’s data lead. Supporting HQ, field, and global systems, the Data Engineer will design and build automated, data-driven solutions. As GOAL HQ’s subject matter expert in PowerBI, the Data Engineer will work closely with senior stakeholders to improve GOAL’s data practices.
