We are looking for an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to join this talented team and contribute to the design and implementation of top-notch IT solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone passionate about creating efficient, high-quality IT solutions and who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving role.
We therefore believe you have a few years of experience in a similar role, with a background in managing and improving IT systems and services like those listed below. You are confident in your ability to implement meaningful improvements and have a strong drive to stay curious and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
Beyond your technical expertise, you’re a true team player. You value open communication and knowledge-sharing, working collaboratively to enhance the team’s success.

ADDITIONAL SKILL SETS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

• Servers (eg. SQL)
• Google Cloud Platform and AWS
• Jira and Confluence or similar systems
• Powershell or similar scripting
• Jamf Device Management

THE ROLE & TEAM

The Internal IT team at Paf is responsible for managing our infrastructure and supporting over 315 employees across multiple countries. We provide everything from essential IT equipment to advanced collaboration tools that drive our organization’s success.
Currently, the team consists of four seasoned professionals who thrive in a collaborative, open, and dynamic work environment.
As the IT Solutions Engineer, you will take an active role in enhancing and optimizing our internal systems and services. Your responsibilities will range from addressing day-to-day technical issues and setting up new systems to automating processes and improving existing solutions organization-wide.

KEY TASKS INCLUDE:

• Handling software updates and process optimizations.
• Implementing new IT systems and automation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, both large and small.
• Evaluating and improving current systems and processes.
