IT Support Engineer

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least ITE Diploma holder
• Have at least 1 year experience in desktop support
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure.

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals.
• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, software problems, and hardware malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, solutions, and IT processes.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and support tasks to enhance overall team performance.
• Manage and monitor IT systems and infrastructure, performing regular maintenance and updates.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and software applications.Ensure IT security protocols are followed and assist in implementing security measures.
