Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Installs, maintains and troubleshoots IT hardware, software, and electronic office equipment and systems.
  • Provides technical advice, problem solving and training to network users.
  • Desktop imaging and patch management.
  • Monitors system performance and troubleshoots system and hardware problems.
  • Maintain and update systems documentation.
  • Review and investigate system logs to proactively avoid system down times.
  • Maintains IT inventories, updating schedules as needed and properly disposing of equipment.
  • Maintains backup system.
  • Attends Council Meetings and provides technical assistance and recording services.
  • Other duties in similar scope and complexity
