The Global Printing Team within Client Services of SAP IT are responsible for the Management of SAP’s Printing environment. This team is responsible for rollouts, upgrades, support, operations, standards and implementation of new technologies related to our Printing Environment

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Troubleshooting Hardware and Software Technology
• Excellent Communication & Project Management Skills
• Experience as an IT Technician or similar position
• Strong Ability to work as part of a Team and Independently
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, Network Technologies, IT Hardware (especially Printers), Software & Server Technologies
• Strong Reporting Capabilities including Power Bi
• Management and Creation of Process Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintaining, Configuring and Supporting SAP’s Global Printer Fleet
• Working within the Global Printing team and the wider IT Teams to research and implement new technologies
• Monitoring SAP Printing Environment, provide proactive remote support
• Assist / Drive / Implement Projects within the SAP Printing Team
• Process 3rd Level Support Technical Tickets via Service Now - remotely supporting end users and IT Colleagues
