Description:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as a Jira Technical Analyst who have worked in Jira Cloud.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- The successful candidate will have experience and will be the expert in fulfilling the duties below and has great communication skills as they will be required to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide education when required.
Responsibilities:
- Workflow Configuration
Design and implement custom workflows to match the team’s processes.
Create and manage custom issue types, fields, and screens.
- User Management
Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
Ensure users have the appropriate access levels and troubleshoot access issues.
- Project Setup and Maintenance
Create and configure new projects, including setting up project roles and permissions.
Maintain existing projects, ensuring they are optimized for team use.
- System Customization
Customize dashboards and reports to meet team needs.
Develop and maintain custom filters and queries.
- Integration Management
Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Align, SharePoint Connector)
Manage and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Training and Support
Provide training sessions and create documentation for users.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues.
- Automation and Scripting
Implement automation rules using Jira Automation or scripting tools like ScriptRunner.
Develop custom scripts to enhance Jira functionality
