Junior Controller / Controller Care Delivery Germany

We are looking for a Junior Controller / Controller Care Delivery Germany. The position is located in the Global Controlling function, part of the Global Finance Function. The main tasks for this position include:

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

• Business studies with a focus on finance/controlling or high school diploma with commercial training and several years of professional experience

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 1-4 years of working experience in Controlling or related field - Structured, systematic approach
• Ability to set priorities appropriately and to meet changing requirements
• Quality-conscious and results-oriented approach
• Quick comprehension, confident handling of figures, analytical thinking - Ability to work in a team, diplomatic manner and a good feel for people
• Initiative
• Assertiveness
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence
• Ideally experience with SAP (CO; BI)
  Fluency in German and English.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

• Consolidation of quantitative key figures as well as regular and demand-driven analyses for the provider business Germany: Nephrocare D-GmbH including the associated MVZ GmbH’s and other business models
• Reporting and management consolidation at regional level as well as operational controlling for the provider business Germany: Nephrocare D-GmbH including the associated MVZ GmbH’s and other business models

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commercial support of the German provider companies, coordination between the companies
• Monthly and quarterly reporting, coordination between internal and external reporting
• Collaboration in the presentation and explanation of the development of results for the management
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Operational controlling: Sales, cost of sales, material cost analyses, IT cost controlling, personnel controlling
• Deviation analyses and identification of improvement opportunities - Calculation and reconciliation of local and consolidated success and profitability figures
• Preparation of investment documents for approval by decision-making bodies and the Executive Board -
• Support in the implementation and assurance of internal controls
• Support in the introduction of new business workstreams and controlling systems
• Support in the development and improvement of KPI systems
• Compliance with laws, regulations and directives, in particular with regard to occupational safety/protection, data security/protection, environment, pharmaceuticals and medical products as well as the requirements of the respective management system in the respective functional area.
