You have:

• analytical and research skills
• ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, policies, rulings and precedents
• proven attention to detail and accuracy
• judgement and decision making skills

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

You have:

• experience explaining the application of legislation and encouraging voluntary compliance
• the ability to make tax, penalty and interest calculations and determinations
• auditing skills and experience
• critical thinking and knowledge of documents related to the conveyance of land and the ability to identify discrepancies

CUSTOMER SERVICE, TEAMWORK AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• you have proven customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
• you can provide sound advice and direction to clients
• you can establish trust and excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients

ORGANIZATIONAL AND COMPUTER SKILLS:

• you have the ability to use computer applications and systems
• you can efficiently manage your workload and establish priorities
