Currently we are looking for:
Junior Spare Parts Specialist (maternity cover)

Core responsibilities:

• Supporting selected CANPACK Group plants in the purchasing process of spare parts, tools and equipment
• Supporting coordination of end to end purchase and sale process in cooperation with other CANPACK departments (Logistics, Legal, Customs, etc.) and vendors
• Monitoring and agreeing with vendors precise delivery time, documentation and other requirements
• Preparing shipments of spare parts, tools and equipment
• Organizing transportation and supervising the delivery in cooperation with Logistics team

Requirements

• University degree (preferred technical)
• Good level of English (B2)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• SAP experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organizational skills
