YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in business or technology
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in a business-to-business specification role within the chemical or adhesives industry
  • Relevant experience in Key Account Management of large industrial accounts, including strategy building and execution
  • Ideally experience in Aerospace, Defence & Space industry with understanding of market segments, industry trends, market player landscape and manufacturing processes
  • Fluent in both English & Turkish

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development & execution of regional key accounts within the Aerospace Industry
  • Work with an existing team to execute strategic key account plans with a heavy focus on business development – building a healthy opportunity portfolio and being able to successfully close opportunities will be key
  • Take ownership for delivering on ambitious annual revenue targets
  • Develop influential networks at all relevant levels and dimensions of designated customers with focus on long term strategic relationship development
  • Take responsibility for overall customer relationship and satisfaction within defined geography
  • Understand customer innovation trends and application requirements
