Position summary:
As an Key Account Manager you will play a critical role in driving our growth in the Finnish occupational health sector. You will be responsible for identifying and managing key accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving sales of our drug-free, at-home depression treatment. We are looking for a proactive, numbers-driven person with a background in healthcare sales and a strong interest in solving the immense mental health challenges faced by patients, healthcare providers, and employers.

- Strong understanding of the Finnish healthcare system
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Language: Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
Account management: Identify, develop, and manage key accounts within the occupational health market, focusing on corporate clients and occupational health providers.
Sales strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration in the Finnish occupational health sector.
Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including occupational health providers, HR and insurance companies.
Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the occupational health market.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, account status updates, and market feedback to senior management.
