Description:
YOUR FUTURE POSITION AND COMPANY
The company invests in the development and commercial distribution of pharmaceuticals in the fields of cardiovascular, respiratory, gastroenterology, metabolism, infectious diseases and anti-inflammatory/analgesic therapies. Menarini is also heavily involved in the field of oncology, where several new molecules for the treatment of a wide range of tumors are currently under development.
The primary focus as Key Account Manager will be to develop sales of Invokana in Southern Finland. Berlin-Chemie Menarini has recently assumed role as the representative of marketing authorization holder (Janssen Pharmaceuticals) for Invokana. Your primary responsibility therefore will be to create relationships with type 2 diabetes KOLs and GPs.
In doing so driving Berlin-Chemie Menarini’s awareness in the country and securing sales growth.
YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone who is an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM). Ideally you have experience in diabetes, alternatively from cardiovascular or other metabolic disease area. We believe that you have an ability to understand and discuss scientific literature. Digital skills are also highly appreciated.
As a person you are comfortable to drive your own daily work. Whilst the products are known in Finland and have established sales, to achieve the targeted growth will require a high level of drive, courage, resilience and passion.
You will be reporting to the Country Manager of Finland. He appreciates a colleague who has a keen interest to learn new things, strive to find innovative solutions and works with
an honest and transparent approach in a multicultural environment.
As you will be responsible for delivering growth in the Finnish market you should be prepared to identify the regions in Southern Finland where you see the most potential.
You are based in the capital area and must be aware that travel will be involved.
We have an office in Herttoniemi, Helsinki, but mostly you will be working from your home.
You have existing customer relationships with GPs and occupational health doctors and you are familiar with digital booking systems.
Fluency in Finnish as well as a command of English is required. Other languages are also welcomed!
