Description:

As a Key Account Officer, you work in close collaboration with the Sales and Product Managers. You support sales promotion by providing and updating all technical and commercial documents required for sales.

Responsibilities

  • You assist the Sales Manager in prospecting for customers and direct customer requests to the sales team.
  • You identify market opportunities by prospecting targeted customers.
  • You ensure the availability and updating of all technical product documentation.
  • You keep all information relating to existing and potential customers up to date, to facilitate the sales approach (order history, customer projects, contacts, etc.).
  • You respond to calls for tender under the responsibility of the sales representative and in close collaboration with the Product Manager.
  • You support the sales administration team in tracking and routing orders.
  • You assist the Sales Manager and the Product Manager in collecting and compiling customer feedback, market trends and the competition.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, marketing or executive secretarial work.
  • You have a first conclusive experience in sales, ideally in hospitals.
  • You have a good command of English.
  • You are a teamplayer and customer-oriented.
  • You are proactive and curious.
  • You are results-oriented and persistent.
  • You are organized, structured and have an excellent ability to synthesize information.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
