Description:
A
s Labware Specialist, you will be part of Quality Control Analytics consisting of 60 employees divided into 4 teams. You will join the LIMS team with responsibility for LIMS systems, QC SAP support and incoming control for materials.
We are currently operating with two different LIMS systems – Labware and SampleManager. The LIMS team has the overall daily responsibility and daily support for operation for both systems. Furthermore, we support SAP systems in relation to QC activities. It is our responsibility to support daily business operations, while also driving the process for digitalization of our laboratory, to create more efficient and compliant workflows. Furthermore, we contribute to define and plan department strategies in relation to Labware and SampleManager.
A day in the LIMS team is never alike, and can include but not limited to:
- Supporting end users in troubleshooting to solve LIMS challenges.
- Create and maintain cross-functional business process procedures & instructions.
- Ensuring training and documentation related to LIMS.
- Requesting and testing new LIMS functionalities.
- Being part of various projects related to LIMS in close collaboration with the daily users.
Depending on your experience and interests you can also be involved in:
- Define and maintain LIMS User Requirement Specification (URS) to support operation excellence.
- Defining and planning of department strategies in relation to LIMS on a tactical level for new and updated plans.
- Overview and coordination of changes and new implementations in LIMS.
- Ensure validated state of LIMS operational in Production Site Hørsholm, according to CGMP compliance including the requirements related to Computerized System Validation.
