Together the teams make up around twelve people for now, including: an Agile Coach, Data & Backend Engineers, Data Scientists & Analysts, Devops Engineers, Enterprise & Solution Architects, Product Managers, QA Engineers

ROLE

As the Lead Backend Engineer for the Supply Quality team in Marketplace Dynamics, and working closely with the Product Managers and the Engineering Managers, you are responsible for the good development practices of your team, for the alignment with the company’s enterprise architecture, and to help the software engineers of your team to improve their technical and delivery skills.
With your team, you work on the quality of what’s on the shelves of our marketplace: the properties for sale or rent. You design data collection strategies and deliver enrichment, deduplication, visibility engine, and classified data quality capabilities to provide the highest possible trust and safety of experience for all actors, and power our real estate pricing and market prediction capabilities.
