ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Lead Consultant SAP S/4HANA Finance / Controlling with an experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade complex solutions and involved in all phases for greenfield projects implementation.
Cognizant’s SAP Practice is currently seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant who will be a part of high performing team that is passionate to deliver results and cater to the need of projects in DACH and other regions of Europe, customers for business opportunities such as implementation – transformation and managed service projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes’ requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business & technical requirements to create solution designs for an implementation.
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Design, customize, configure and test of SAP S/4 HANA Finance/Controlling modules
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve issues.
• Document business requirements, process flows, functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as a liaison between the client’s business functions and the technical team.
• Provide training and user support as required.
• Subject matter expert in business consulting and technical architecting SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions.
• Work self-directed and independently; act as subject matter expert/mentor to junior members.
