To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Master’s degree in Law
- Be fully qualified attorney in an E.U. member state and have relevant post-qualification experience gained in a global organization and/or law firm, including significant experience in contract drafting for multinationals.
- Have relevant professional experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts including contract manufacturing agreements, joint development agreements, master services agreements, consulting agreements, general service agreements, non-disclosure agreements;
- Be open and demonstrate ability to familiarize with various legal systems;
- Have a proactive business-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality and the ability to identify and prioritize issues and provide pragmatic solutions to key stakeholders;
- Be fluent in business English written and spoken, any other language is a plus with a preference for Italian.
- Understanding and knowledge of sustainability regulations with particular focus on impacts for supply chain organization will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:
As Lead Counsel - Sourcing, you will responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining a variety of complex, international commercial agreements, including strategic sourcing, indirect sourcing, joint development, contract manufacturing, logistics, consulting, general services, and other operational and commercial agreements;
- Drafting and maintaining templates for a variety of supply chain agreements including detailed negotiation position documents;
- Developing processes and procedures for direct and indirect sourcing;
- Providing training to internal business partners/stakeholders on a variety of legal issues, including compliance;
- Providing strategic and practical advice and subject matter expertise, working with senior legal team members as appropriate, on relevant supply-side legal, regulatory, and operational matters to business team leaders, including security of supply, contractual risks, supplier risk management;
- Working with cross-functional team members to identify and address compliance risks, corruption and anti-bribery matters, information security and data privacy, corporate social responsibility, trade compliance, and related regulatory matters;
- Building close cross-functional relationships and maintaining a strong knowledge of the products, services and objectives supply chain organization, and particularly the procurement team;
- Managing relationships with external counsel and other professionals representing the company ;
- Managing various pre-litigation, support the litigation team as needed;
- Managing supply chain-related legal aspects of acquisitions and divestitures; and
- Managing special project teams, working on cross-functional teams, and taking on other legal tasks, as requested;
- Vendor recovery
