TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in the mechanical industry
- Portfolio with 3 completed projects
- Interprovincial (Red Seal) Plumbing & Gas B Certification
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, quality management and Occupational Health & Safety best practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of British Columbia Plumbing Code (BCPC)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Responsibilities:
- Assisting foreman in the day to day activities.
- Recognizing, addressing and resolving issues/problems among/between crewmembers.
- Maintain work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure crewmorale and productivity.
- Ensuring crew compliance with project policies and procedures.
- Translating general work requirements into a prioritized work plan for the crew.
- Anticipate problems or challenges, propose innovative solutions, and ensure solutions are consistent with project objectives
- Working with the crew to overcome work challenges.
- Periodically reassess daily goals to meet forecasted production.
- Performance tracking, develop, track and report out on Key Performance.
