TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in the mechanical industry
  • Portfolio with 3 completed projects
  • Interprovincial (Red Seal) Plumbing & Gas B Certification
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, quality management and Occupational Health & Safety best practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of British Columbia Plumbing Code (BCPC)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting foreman in the day to day activities.
  • Recognizing, addressing and resolving issues/problems among/between crewmembers.
  • Maintain work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure crewmorale and productivity.
  • Ensuring crew compliance with project policies and procedures.
  • Translating general work requirements into a prioritized work plan for the crew.
  • Anticipate problems or challenges, propose innovative solutions, and ensure solutions are consistent with project objectives
  • Working with the crew to overcome work challenges.
  • Periodically reassess daily goals to meet forecasted production.
  • Performance tracking, develop, track and report out on Key Performance.
