About the role
As ATB’s next Lead SAP Security Analyst on the Enterprise Identity & Application Security team you will be a strong team player with a knack for solving complex problems and translating technical information into action items. You’ll be accountable for SAP role development, process documentation and effectively supporting a diverse portfolio of SAP access requests. You’ll quickly become an expert in existing access workflows and work in partnership with the larger Enterprise Identity & Access Management team in order to capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
Accountabilities

Strong experience with SAP Identity & Role Management, SAP Integrations, Directory Services, Identity Providers, Access control systems, Automation and an unquenchable thirst for continuous improvement will be crucial to success in this role.

  • Adhere to a performance based SLA, access changes in our environment are fast paced and sometimes very complex. We are looking for someone who can keep up, especially when under pressure!
  • Act as an emissary of the Enterprise Identity & access management team working to promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders that are dependent on our services.
  • Consistently evaluate new and existing Identity & access processes seeking opportunities process efficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Read, follow and develop standard operating procedure documentation.
  • Manage own time effectively and adhere to critical deadlines
  • Develop, maintain and support a large number of SAP roles
  • Act as a subject matter expert as it relates to SAP Identity Management and contextual role development best practices
  • Manage user access and authorizations in SAP systems.
  • Lead SAP security projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Work closely with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.

Skills, experience & requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Security administration and management
  • Proven track record in managing and implementing SAP security in large organizations
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, including roles, profiles, and authorizations
  • SAP GRC experience is considered an asset
  • SAP IDM & role development experience is considered an asset
  • SAP Integration experience is considered an asset
  • Have completed or are working towards industry standard certifications such as CISSP or SSCP
  • Relevant SAP Security certifications
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management in a multi-forest Active Directory environment is considered an asset
  • Privileged Access Management experience
  • Familiarity with NIST framework and information security concepts such as the principle of least privilege
  • ServiceNow / ITIL v4 experience
  • Strong soft skills with the ability to appropriately translate technical access controls into business terms
  • Proven capability to map, translate, and improve processes is a must
  • Proven researching and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong familiarity with Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems is an asset
  • SAP Development experience is considered an asset
  • Development experience within the agile framework is considered an asset
  • Experience with Python and Shell scripting is considered an asset
  • Experience with ABAP is considered an asset
