LEASING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - GERMANY & AUSTRIA
Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Leasing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing the operative aspects of the 3rd party provider team for the Leasing segment in Germany & Austria. The successful candidate will ensure high performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with budgetary constraints, while maintaining excellent communication skills in German.

Responsibilities:
Team & Performance Management:
Be responsible for 3rd party provider teams for Leasing in Germany & Austria, ensuring they have the vital system and process knowledge. Set and supervise Key Performance Indicators to ensure high customer satisfaction and manage performance and budget to achieve growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to integrate third-party services effectively and mitigate risks. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts in coordination with Sales and Procurement.
Collaborator Engagement:
Act as the main contact between the company and third-party entities, ensuring alignment with Sales and Sales
Support for top-tier customer service.
Business & Technical Readiness:
Support technical integration of third-party services and ensure the business is prepared for changes.
Process & Compliance:
Continuously improve processes related to third-party management while ensuring compliance with data privacy and GDPR.
Communication:
Communicate effectively in German with third-party providers and internal teams. Align responses to complex customer requests with Sales Support, ensuring legal and compliance standards are met.
