Description:
Shook Lin & Bok LLP, a leading Singapore law firm with an Asian presence and global reach, is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join its expanding Corporate Real Estate practice.
Candidates should have 1 - 3 years PQE. More senior applicants should have relevant practice experience in advising on a broad range of real estate transactions. Newly Qualified lawyers are also welcome to apply.
Candidates should be team players who are interested in real estate, dedicated to excellence and client service, and excited at the prospect of developing skills in a fast-paced, collegiate environment, working on large, cutting-edge deals and advisory matters across the range of property sectors, including direct and indirect property acquisitions, disposals and investments, real estate financing, commercial leasing and real estate advisory work.
