Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Seequent legal team is at the forefront of the Seequent business, providing critical advice across all aspects of the organisation. You will be joining a legal team which is flexible, supportive and committed to ensuring its members feel valued and fulfilled in their day-to-day practice.
Your role will be crucial in providing structure and support to assist the legal team to continue to meet the demands of the business and operate in a robust, scalable and responsive manner.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Provide administrative support and assistance for the team;
- Arrange and manage the signing process for legal documents ensuring timely execution;
- Monitor the legal inbox, responding to requests and allocating tasks to the appropriate team member
- Prepare and review standard form letters and agreements based on established precedents and templates;
- Document and precedent management, including ownership of the team SharePoint site
- Help us to create better systems and processes to improve team efficiency and focus
IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Demonstrable experience in a Legal support or complex administrative role.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, AdobePro and e-signature tools.
- Prior experience in contract management and/or similar processes is an advantage
- Approachable with strong communication skills with the team and internal clients.
