• Contract management: Draft, review and negotiate various contracts for the group with a particular focus on the UK market (customers, suppliers, partners, etc.) in compliance with British legislation.
• Legal advice: Provide legal advice to the various teams (sales, product etc.) on all legal issues related to the UK market.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance of company activities with local regulations
• Risk management: Identify and manage legal risks with regard to the activity
• Insurance / corporate: Manage legal aspects related to insurance and corporate affairs
• Training: Raise awareness and train internal teams on good legal practices and new regulations.
