THE TEAM

We have Legal Support teams based at each of our UK offices with the aim to provide in-office support to our Fee-earning Groups, their PA’s and other Senior Managers across the firm.
We have a dedicated Legal Support training programme with the opportunity to progress within the role and achieve promotions. Other career progression opportunities are also possible across the firm, following an acceptable period of time working successfully within the team.

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in providing an exemplary customer service, whether internal or external client facing. A confident communicator, preferably with previous administrative experience, you will be used to working in a fast-paced environment dealing with a variety of tasks and deadlines. You will have a strong work ethic, taking pride in ensuring your work is completed to a high standard. You will be a competent user of all Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To provide centralised administrative support to our Lawyers and PAs.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

You will be fully office-based, working alongside our Secretarial and Office Services teams, providing an exceptional customer-focused service.

You will be expected to carry out a wide range of tasks including;

  • Printing and Scanning
  • PDF conversions
  • Document Engrossments
  • Digital Site Support
  • Managing our file archive and retrieval process
  • Booking travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparing billing schedules
  • Other ad hoc support as needed.

Proactivity and attention to detail are essential skills for this role as you will be dealing with a high volume of varying tasks.
