We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. This role is ideal for anyone with a background of working in a highly physical environment, e.g. Hospital Porter, Warehouse Operative, Manual Labourer, or a Stores Person / Stockroom Assistant. Duties of the job Include but are not limited to…

• Maintaining quality standards of linen
• Ensuring all used linen has been collected
• Ensuring all departments have the requested linen on a daily basis.
• To check that the corridors and service rooms are clean and tidy,
• Keep corridors free from linen, linen bags and linen skips.
• Ensure fantastic customer service when in contact with guests around the resort
• Ensure the equipment rooms are at the standard set out by the House keeping management team.
• Refill room condiments / room trollies at the end of the day
• Record linen in / out of the rooms allocated
• Be able to manage your time effectively.
• Keep on top of the upkeep of the public areas throughout the Resort.
• To keep on top of any administration relevant to the position and handed to the team leader on duty.
• To attend all housekeeping team meetings.
• You will be required to work weekends
