Therefore, to expand our capabilities we are looking for an Logistics Manager who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage orders from start to finish, working closely with our Partner Network to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee and execute all operational tasks promptly and professionally.
- Enter shipments information into the corporate data base. Issue necessary documents.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Identify and reach out to potential sales leads, contributing to new business development.
- Acquisition of multiple new clients per month for growth & helping office to hit financial targets.
- Elevating our office’s reputation through excellence in operations and customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong operational skills in logistics, with a preference for experience in multi-modal (air, sea, and road) and import/export processes.
- Sales experience is a plus, as this role combines both operational and sales functions.
- Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a growing, ambitious environment.
Experienced PC userExcellent communication skills.
