Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders from start to finish, working closely with our Partner Network to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee and execute all operational tasks promptly and professionally.
  • Enter shipments information into the corporate data base. Issue necessary documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify and reach out to potential sales leads, contributing to new business development.
  • Acquisition of multiple new clients per month for growth & helping office to hit financial targets.
  • Elevating our office’s reputation through excellence in operations and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong operational skills in logistics, with a preference for experience in multi-modal (air, sea, and road) and import/export processes.
  • Sales experience is a plus, as this role combines both operational and sales functions.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a growing, ambitious environment.
  • Experienced PC userExcellent communication skills.
