WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are first and foremost looking for problem solvers and ideally you would tick as many of the following boxes as possible:

  • Self-starter and driven by curiosity
  • Strong self-motivation to work and develop in a fast-paced M&A environment
  • A few years of work experience from e.g. strategy or management consulting or M&A transaction advisory
  • Hold an M. Sc. degree in finance, IT or industrial engineering
  • Experience and knowhow in analysis and primary research
  • Be an analytical and structured problem-solver with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fluency in professional English is essential with strong Finnish/Swedish skills being an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Perform strategic, financial, and operational analysis and provide insights in M&A
  • Set up and manage the transformation project that will plan and implement the deal value
  • Support decision making by preparing decision materials, conducting interviews and facilitating workshops
  • Advice clients on alternative courses of actions in very complex M&A deals
