• Embed a safety-first culture where all employees are empowered through setting and maintaining clearly safety standards
• Ensure plant operation provides optimum performance in relation to throughput, recovery and operating costs
• Planning and coordinating activities at site, including supporting the maintenance and operational areas
• Resolve operational and maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve the operation and the condition of site equipment and machinery
• Build capability through coaching, mentoring and providing technical advice to the site team
• Timely data collation, analysis and sharing of key work management metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
• Lead and support continuous improvement opportunities for production, quality control, maintenance and operational nonconformities
