Description:
SUMMARY
Das Services is seeking a highly skilled Management Operations Analyst to support our government customer at Picatinny Arsenal. This role is essential in analyzing data, evaluating organizational processes, and providing actionable insights to drive program success and enhance operational efficiency.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Active Secret clearance
- Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Analysis).
- Proven experience in understanding and navigating organizational structures and program goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data to produce detailed reports that support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with key subject matter experts to gather and coordinate information from various sources.
- Assess organizational structures, program goals, and objectives to align operations with strategic initiatives.
- Utilize analytical methodologies to evaluate and synthesize information regarding organizational products and processes.
- Prepare clear and compelling correspondence, reports, graphs, and charts to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
