Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales experience is a must
- At least 2 year(s) of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry is required for this position. Eg, Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager
- Experienced beauticians and consultants interested in management position but without management experience are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists
- Leading outlet to achieve sales target
- Provide professional beauty care services
- Provide professional consultation and advise customers on suitable beauty care products and treatments
- Handlie customer enquires & complaints, guide & motivate staff.
- Ensure good customer experience and service standard
