Description:

  • Requirements definition for process digitalization for Eng. standards, design guidelines, process standards incl. error proofing and equipment standards
  • Integration of Industry 4.0 to realize applications and process digitalization, to enable innovative solutions on the Shop-Floor
  • Responsible for all Quality activities that relate to our Pentatonic Products
  • Drive consistent application of customer specific requirements (CSR’s) in quality systems across all value streams in manufacturing sites
  • Drive and support Pentatonic “Quality Closed Loop”
  • Support 0-0-0 Strategy to avoid destructive testing in production
  • Support customer quotations to cover quality requirements
  • Support plant quality in customer discussions
  • Guide teams (Production, Eng, Quality) in applying lessons learned for Pentatonic, ensuring standards, BASE FMEAs, and BCP reflect the current status
  • Support launch activities for Pentatonic when necessary
  • Availability for increased and longer business trips (also oversea)
  • Regular attendance in plants and HQ
  • Apprenticeship in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, or similar function
  • Detailed quality core tools knowledge
  • Detailed customer specific quality requirements knowledge (Syst.&Tools)
  • Qualifications as IATF 16949 Auditor, DIN ISO 26262 Functional Safety Engineer preferred
  • Knowledge of manufacturing basics, quality basics and Kautex standard approaches for production and equipment definition
  • Knowledge in definition for process digitalization
  • 3yrs Quality engineer experience in operations or in program is preferred
  • Automotive industrial experience min. 3 years preferred
  • APQP and PPAP process knowledge
  • Fluent English skills
  • Profound knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques
  • Profound knowledge of Kautex manufacturing processes and standards
