KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strategic thinking and ability to align incentive programs with business objectives
  • Strong program/project management & implementation skills
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to effectively manage and facilitate change initiatives, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder buy-in and smooth transitions during global rollouts
  • Proficiency in interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
  • Adaptability and willingness to travel (up to 25%)

EDUCATION LEVEL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • MBA preferred

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

  • Professional work experience of more than 6 years
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Strategy or Consulting role or related roles involving Program Management
  • Experience with designing and implementing sales incentive and/or performance steering programs in a global environment
  • Preferably, knowledge of sales incentive management software and CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience working in a multinational environment and managing cross-cultural teams

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The Global Sales Program Manager will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of Sales Performance Programs, projects, and reporting requirements that enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. This role is crucial in driving high sales performance and motivation across DGF’s global and multi-channel sales organization. The focus will expand post-rollout to include additional responsibilities related to sales performance management, including target setting, payout analysis, and campaign management.
