DESCRIPTION
Manager- Home Health- Benedictine Nursing Ctr- Mount Angel
Provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel. Oversight must include the following: Making patient and personnel assignments, coordinating patient care, coordinating referrals, ensuring patient needs are continually assessed, ensuring development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Respective Clinical Specialty.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years - Home Care Experience.
- 3 years - Supervisory Experience.
