Description:
[What the role is]
This role is part of the Communications Division, Marketing Communications unit. You will develop and execute key campaigns. You should have experience in working with content providers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to drive campaign objective and comfortable in managing both internal and external stakeholders. You will work with NCSS’ Strategic Communications and Brand Communications units and NCSS divisions to effectively plan and implement integrated communication campaigns and publicity initiatives to engage NCSS’ stakeholder groups.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Plan campaign messaging using data insights, considering the programme intent, campaign branding and target audience profiles.
- Manage the development, production and implementation of marketing and media plans and programmes to create impactful and meaningful engagement with target audiences.
- Manage partnership marketing and activities to support campaigns.
- Familiar with Whole-of-Government indicators and conducts data analysis and evaluation of different marketing channels.
- Track and monitor budgets to ensure marketing approaches and spending are aligned to support NCSS communication objectives.
- Review and update processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Provide counsel/input to marketing and digital plans of business teams and obtain necessary approvals for all marketing collaterals and promotions.
- Engage agency partners and manage agency renewals based on the review of performance indicators.
- Lead projects and assignments and perform duties assigned to them from time to time.
