Description:
WHAT QUALITY MANAGEMENT CONTRIBUTES TO CARDINAL HEALTH
Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications. Provides strategic oversight, leadership and direction within the Quality function.
SUMMARY
The Audit Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the internal audit and supplier audit programs and the audit compliance activities. This includes continuously improving auditor training, partnering with the supplier quality teams, monitoring and managing audit related activities and metrics, leading a team of auditors and compliance advisors, and identifying escalations related to audit trending.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-12 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Experience as a Lead Auditor in medical device industry highly preferred
- FDA experience highly preferred
- Influential communicator
- Ability and wiliness to travel 30% as needed
Anticipated salary range: $103,500-$147,900

- Lead actions for internal and supplier audits and manage findings responses to ensure actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Report KPI metrics to the stakeholders across GMPD.
- Responsible for identifying trends and making decisions that affect compliance within the organization.
