EY- Global Delivery Services (GDS) – People Consulting (PC) – SAP/Systems Implementation Learning Manager

The opportunity
We are looking for Instructional Design Managers with expertise in Systems Implementation (SI) /SAP to join the GDS PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the GDS PC team.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and drive large-scale SAP/SI engagements and deliver through teams. Manage escalations, own quality, track deliverables and manage engagement stakeholders
- Establish instructional design expertise within the practice, grow and lead a team of instructional design specialists in the SAP/SI domain
- Liaison with regional stakeholders selling work in the instructional design space to build project pipeline
- Identify and build new SAP/SI capabilities in the team based on trends in the various market regions
- Lead SAP/SI instructional design efforts using the most advanced technologies and digital solutions in the market
- Ensure high quality SAP/SI deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
- Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities
- Ensure high operational efficiency by managing engagement risks and escalations, project economics, and ensuring effective planning and budgeting
- Provide visual design strategy as best fit solutions for learner centricity
- Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert and work effectively as part of a large, distributed program team
- Lead the development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the SAP/SI practice
- Contribute to process re-engineering and help bring in efficiencies across GDS PC through automation
- Perform the role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s or associate degree with 10-14 years of hands on experience in implementing and leading large and complex learning projects
- Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.
- Great exposure and experience in designing and developing SAP/SI trainings
- Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus
- Exceptional knowledge of SAP EnableNow
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines
- Effective writing skills (grasp and command over English)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Ability to articulate design decisions, suggestions and provide creative direction
- Experience in managing large teams as well as multiple concurrent digital learning engagements
- Proficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools: SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe
- Practical knowledge and experience in instructional design principles
- Experience developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables: Web-based learning, Videos, Interactive PDFs, Webcasts, Podcasts, nano-learnings, VILT
- Ability to review learning deliverables developed by others
- Ability to develop learning estimations and proposals
- Excellent knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and learning experience platforms
- Cross industry exposure
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Flexibility in and comfort with learning and applying new software and work processes
- Experience in ensuring e-learning materials and course materials are developed under a strict change control with thorough testing before release to the live environment
- Experience using gamification within the design and development of online content, to create a more immersive experience for the end user
- Ability to create design documents and design guides
- A background in content design or content marketing
- Experience working in tech organizations
- Experience working with all kinds of media
- Experience with a data-driven approach to instructional design, using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize content efficacy
- Proven project management experience to take digital learning from concept to delivery
- Familiarity with website design, video technology, and editing
