Description:

WHAT TO EXPECT | WE PUT PEOPLE AT THE CENTER OF THE TECHNICAL WORKFLOW

  • In collaboration with department leadership, lead the purchasing and material sourcing functions within in the region in setting and achieving strategic objectives for supplier negotiations, seeking out opportunities to drive cost reductions, and proactively identify and act upon key trends.
  • Develop and execute regional strategic procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline procurement processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Lead cross functional teams in optimizing supply chain processes, including logistics and distribution to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and sales to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain activities with business priorities.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, vendors and partners to ensure continuity of supply, quality assurance and cost competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement processes for identifying, evaluating, and selecting potential suppliers and negotiate favorable business terms and service level agreements
  • Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility, transparency, and risk management, including the implementation of advanced analytics and technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation within the supply chain.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing global supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability within the supply chain organization.
  • Ensure that all supply management operations and activities comply with the company’s quality standards
