The Manager of Regulatory Operations - Remote is responsible for the effective integration and adherence of overall compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations and standards related to associated payer enrollments for patient care acquisitions and all other clinics. Working with guidance from Director Regulatory Operations and the Hanger Integrations Team this role will evaluate and track newly acquired locations for overall compliance with payer enrollment submission standards. Individual will lead Regulatory Operations efforts to integrate newly acquired clinics into Hanger Clinic operations and submit enrollments in any area as needed. The Manager of Regulatory Operations leads and supports assigned team to meet enrollment requirements for all Hanger Clinic locations. This role reports to the Director of Regulatory Operations and is a critical field-facing position. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communications skills with a deep knowledge in orthotic and prosthetic state and federal regulations

Your Impact:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate the work of the Regulatory Operations function to meet related acquisition integration performance expectations and outcomes goals and objectives.
  • Interpret government payer requirements, programs and policies, with support from Director
  • Provide support for escalated government payer compliance and regulatory matters. Triage and track progress on these matters including performing initial related research and interpretation of associated laws, rules, and policies, seeking guidance as needed.
  • Evaluate and follow consistent application of related statutes and rules as part of the M&A integrations process. Develop processes and procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Identify resource challenges and escalate to management when interfering with meeting Team/project objectives
  • Develop and implement document library to serve as collection and tracking tool of enrollment requirements, state level nuances
  • Serve as back-up to complete and submit Medicare, Medicaid, and other government payer enrollments as needed
  • Lead and manage assigned team staff and functions
  • Other projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant regulatory operations experience.
  • Experience in assessing and communicating regulatory requirements to key stakeholders
  • Experience in project management and working in matrixed management structure preferred
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

LI-Remote

Pay range of $75,205 to $90,000 annually + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
