• Provide hands on DFx exposure to engineering teams through the full lifecycle of the product, with a deep focus on Test
• Take responsibility for specifying and developing the electronics test strategy and the test racks / setups themselves including selecting the platform the instruments and the interconnection scheme.
• Be part of critical design reviews and enable manufacturing readiness prior to final hand off to production for product ramp
• Conceptualizing and designing jigs, assembly and test fixtures, tools for PCBAs in CAD environment to enable batch testing and optimal process cycle times. These tests setups include, but are not limited to:
• Functional tests of PCBAs
• Burn-in tests
• Thermal Tests
• Develop work instructions and product documentation at the speed of our rapidly evolving product portfolio
• Leverage your analytical skills to deep dive failure modes and determine true root cause, enabling an agile design cadence
• Liaison and ability to manage projects involving multiple departments internally with engineers and externally with supplier
