Description:

Physicians, the backbone of our healthcare system, have long been burdened by excessive administrative tasks and documentation requirements compounded by EMR regulations resulting in the widespread issue of physician burnout. The toll of spending 10-15 hours per week on these tasks has led to a concerning trend known as the “great resignation of healthcare,” with doctors leaving their positions due to overwhelming stress and exhaustion.
Tali AI is dedicated to tackling the issue of physician burnout through the development of a voice-enabled virtual assistant designed specifically for physicians. Our voice enabled AI innovative assistant streamlines their professional lives by significantly minimizing the time spent on documentation and administrative tasks.
As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will support our Operations team by creating marketing materials, crafting communications, and managing our social media platforms. You will also support some of our sales activities. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats, we’d love to hear from you!

Who You Are:

  • You have experience in marketing and communications through work experience, education, or an internship.
  • You already have some experience and expertise in marketing, and you want to learn more
  • Experienced in delivering an engaging and professional presence on social media
  • Solid understanding of SEO and analytics.
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment
  • You are self-organizing, self-driving and resourceful
  • You’re an expert multi-tasker and are able to keep yourself organized
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

What You’ll Do:

  • Creating and executing marketing plans and campaigns to help us achieve our objectives
  • Manage SEO, continuously improving your approach based on data and metrics
  • Drive our social media presence and create content, increasing our reach and engagement
  • Use data to analyze progress of all marketing activities and identify and implement improvements in alignment with quarterly priorities
  • Measure your progress against KPIs
  • Webinar and event coordination
  • Order and manage promotional materials
  • Work with product to refine messaging for new capabilities and design knowledge articles
  • Assisting operations with research and data cleanup for the deal pipeline

Bonus Points For:

  • Experienced with CRM, CMS, marketing tools, analytics tools
  • Experience in public relations
  • Interested in AI and how technology can contribute to better outcomes for healthcare providers and patients
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing is an asset

Recruitment Process:
