SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Being a small hands-on team, 1000MTG Marketing requires a cohesive team that can work swiftly and efficiently to deliver high-quality work and output. The ideal candidate would have equal fulfilment of both hard and soft skills.

• Experience in a marketing or communications role
• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications, or business field
• Experience in the following marketing software is desirable:
• CMS – WordPress (or similar)
• Email Marketing / Automation
• Social Media Management
• Design – InDesign, Photoshop (or similar)
• Proactive and intuitive approach to tasks
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Competent in writing and communication tasks
• A creative mindset and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an integral member of the marketing team, the Marketing Assistant reports directly to the Global Marketing Manager. The Marketing Assistant works closely with all business functions and teams globally, becoming a respected and well-integrated member of our growing business.
This is a generalist marketing position, perfect for someone who enjoys a varied day-to-day and has a strong interest in design. This role will include a range of marketing activities across our brand and the regions in which we operate. The Marketing Assistant will work alongside highly experienced marketing experts specialising in digital, comms, and design and will receive training on specific marketing programs and wider business practices that will help elevate their marketing skills and ensure they have opportunities to grow and progress with their career.
