Job Description

To provide assistance to the mlcoa marketing team in the development, coordination and implementation of materials and activities which support the successful presentation of mlcoa’s range of Independent Medical Assessment solutions to current and prospective customers.

  • Provide administration assistance to the marketing team, as required, to support customer promotional initiatives and business development activities.
  • Assist marketing team to implement planned communication activities, utilising design templates and marketing platforms to produce customer-based communications, including assisting to co-ordinate a schedule of LinkedIn posts
  • Maintain the brand integrity and standardisation of the designated mlcoa corporate image in all printed and electronic material.
  • Maintain state and territory offices customer mailing lists.
  • Assist with internal and external document management.
  • Disseminate marketing material and information to mlcoa offices and customers by agreed communications media (mails-outs, electronic etc).
  • Liaise with mlcoa state and territory offices to obtain stationery and marketing material orders, to support Customer & Marketing Support Manager to undertake cost analysis, and coordinate the provision of stationery, marketing and promotional supplies as necessary.
  • Assist marketing team to monitor the contact and marketing inboxes and distribute the correspondence to the appropriate mlcoa office or team member.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Essential experience using Adobe Suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop desirable.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Experience or understanding of email marketing platforms: E.g. HubSpot.
  • Understanding mail list management.
  • Experience developing and management of content for LinkedIn activity.
  • Understanding of website backend management.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail skills.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer driven approach.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a high-level regard for confidentiality and privacy.
