WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a creative and multilingual Part-Time Marketing Assistant to elevate our brand’s global presence.
If you have a passion for marketing, an eye for design, and fluency in multiple languages, this could be the perfect opportunity!

QUALIFICATIONS AND FIT

• 1-2 years in a direct sales or marketing background.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and other sales enablement technologies.
• Must be fluent in Spanish, written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Assisting the marketing team with sales collateral development from design to editing and proofreading copy. Think brochures, pricing decks.
• Working on lead lists and ensure accuracy of CRM data
• Editing copy and ensuring accuracy in spanish.
• Assisting the marketing manager with execution of ad campaigns
• Assisting the sales representatives with admin
