    Young Academics Early Learning Centre is one the hunt for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in marketing or someone with 1-2 years of experience in their first marketing role looking to take the next step in their career in a fast-growing company. You will work closely with our Marketing Specialists, gaining hands-on experience in various marketing activities, from content creation to campaign execution and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Working towards or recently completed a tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A driver’s licence is highly recommended for this role

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating with vendors and partners.
  • Utilising AI tools to scale contact creation within our content program
  • Monitoring social media to respond to and escalate comments as required
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with our Creative lead, utilising templates to roll out updated and new printed and digital materials to each location
  • Support the planning, coordination, and promotion of our event program including open days, and community outreach programs.
  • Purchasing resources and organising delivery to and from event locations
  • Help develop engaging content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
  • Collating report data on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, publishing these results to the dashboard, and identifying key insights.
  • Maintain the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives.
